dolphin with one leg up
run upstairs to send out the email I suddenly have to send right now!
abs – elbow to knee
hand stand
run back upstairs to get my cell phone and turn it off
abs with a mat
forearm balance
back upstairs to put leave in conditioner in my wet hair so the curls don’t go awol
sun salutations
lunges with lion’s breath
realize you need to leave early because you have no gas in your car
savasana on speed dial
put dog out, leave in a flurry
